- I/We agree to pay up to $75.00 per bin in the event of damage that renders the ClearStream unusable. If lid ONLY sustains excessive damage, the fee will be $20.00 per lid. All ClearStreams need to be wiped down before returning. ClearStreams are to be returned to the Franklin Recycling Center during the following times. Tues. – Fri 8:00-4:00 and the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month 8:00-12:00.
